To begin initiating a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, please get reach with our customer support team at [email protected] to confirm the return and get the return address.

  • Return the new, unsealed items to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Simply contact our support team at if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • For any product valued over $10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing extra shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt as the purchasing proof.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct color, size, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or exchanges.
  • Due to the nature of some of our handmade products, handmade items are not eligible for returns/exchanges or refunds.
  • We do not accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
  • We encourage customers to read and understand our Returns Policy carefully. Please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
  • We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or using a discount code of 20% or more, from our full retail price. All full-priced items will be provided a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your returned items at our return address. The original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping fees.
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
  • All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Spoilt Life cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are only accepted for within 60 minutes after an order is placed. If you have to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are time sensitive.
